1. Service Description
Cash For Cars ("we," "us," or "the Service") is a free online platform operated at cashoffersforcars.com that connects individuals who want to sell a vehicle ("Sellers") with local automotive dealers ("Dealers"). We do not buy vehicles directly. We facilitate introductions between Sellers and Dealers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell the vehicle you submit. By using the Service, you represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have legal authority to sell it on the owner's behalf.
3. How It Works
Sellers submit vehicle information through our online form, including make, model, year, mileage, condition, photos, and contact details. We match the submission with a Dealer in our network who may contact the Seller with a cash offer. Sellers are under no obligation to accept any offer.
4. Data Collection
We collect vehicle information, contact details, and photos you provide when using the Service. We also collect standard usage data such as IP addresses and browser information. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
5. Dealer Relationships
Cash For Cars is not a party to any transaction between a Seller and a Dealer. We do not guarantee any offer amount, the condition of a vehicle, or the completion of any sale. Any agreement between a Seller and a Dealer is solely between those parties. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from any transaction.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. We do not verify the accuracy of vehicle information submitted by Sellers or the legitimacy of offers made by Dealers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash For Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free for Sellers).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
